These terms apply to purchases and use of ukiuki2013.com, operated by UKIUKI, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea, Aejiwon #217, 1731 Deogyeong-daero, Yeongtong-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do 16710, Republic of Korea (“UKIUKI”, “we”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products and availability

Product images are for illustration; colors may vary slightly by screen. Some products shown on this website are not yet available for sale in the United States and are marked as such. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping, taxes, and any import duties, which are shown or explained at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Payment is processed by PayPal. We may cancel an order if a price was listed in error or if payment cannot be verified.

3. Shipping and risk

Shipping terms are in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

4. Returns

Returns and refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy. Opened food products cannot be returned except for quality issues.

5. Pet treat information

Our treats are snacks or toppers, not a complete diet. Information on this website is not veterinary advice. If your cat has a health condition or allergy, consult your veterinarian before feeding any new food.

You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for activity under your account. We may close accounts used for fraud or abuse.

The UKIUKI name, logo, the six cat characters, product designs, photos, and text on this website belong to UKIUKI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and design rights. You may not copy or use them without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection laws give you and that cannot be waived.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer in the United States, you keep the protections of the consumer laws of your state.
